I hope Santa brings you your new spine this year :) Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01001887460571730147noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7815770240987186861.post-65493266427627143332014-03-06T15:05:53.586+00:002014-03-06T15:05:53.586+00:00Hi Rebecca, thanks for your comment, I'm sorry...Hi Rebecca, thanks for your comment, I'm sorry to hear what you, your mum and aunt are going through. I think I have tried a Homepath before, it just depends what works for each person as it's so different. Yes, I was bullied every year from Year 1 at school until I left college so it wasn't an easy ride. I understand what you mean about being fed up with having to explain, maybe set up something like this to explain and send it them all, thats one reason why I started this blog. I found it hard to deal with Uni and everything but I'm so glad you managed to cope and get on with Uni. I have the same problem with my weight, I wouldn't say my diet has changed but because I can't really exercise without extreme pain its hard to burn it off, just ignore the comments, I have learnt to now. You're right, some people just assume when they don't know, like all the lazy comments I get because people think I just sleep all the time. I'm glad to hear you've managed to live with your illness. :) Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01001887460571730147noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7815770240987186861.post-79301814948311797762014-03-05T19:44:58.700+00:002014-03-05T19:44:58.700+00:00Natasha, you have my support, stick to doctors who...Natasha, you have my support, stick to doctors who try and search and are not afraid to say I don't know but I'll find out. As to Santa I wouldn't count on him. I've been asking for a new spine with no replay for almost 10 years hehe hugs - Kasia the cousin I guess heheAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17837488081983860873noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7815770240987186861.post-21867290561461731902014-03-01T20:11:32.921+00:002014-03-01T20:11:32.921+00:00I've read all your posts so far and they'r...I've read all your posts so far and they're really informative! My mom and aunt both have fibromyalgia and they are both forever going back and forth to the hospital and doctors for different medications and injections.I think my aunt went to see a Homeopath and whatever it is she got there seems to have worked well for her. I'm really surprised that you we're bullied in college. I had a really good time in first year, second year was worse for me also, I got diagnosed with pcos. I stopped talking to most of my college friends because I was fed up of having to explain what it is. All they saw was that I was putting on weight. No pills I tried helped me overall, if they helped my symptoms they'd effect me mentally. By the time I started uni, I decided i'd deal with the symptoms and try to live with it. Most of the time I just ignore the fact that I have it and deal with the fat comments even though I eat the same as I did when I was a size 8/10. It's unfortunate that humans have a habit of assumption and judgement. I hope you get more answers and find treatments that work soon. It has to be hard to stay upbeat when you're in pain all the time but keep on pursuing your dreams!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16216433638720296244noreply@blogger.com
